PETG · ~440 g total
Calculated from the production CAD solid models for PETG (density 1.27 g/cm³), sliced with 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height, 5 perimeters (2.0 mm wall), 6 top/bottom layers, and 25% infill:

Hardware dimensions and verification
Manufacturer drawings define the Pi and LCD. Supplier dimensions and the remaining connector shapes are provisional. The fit allowance does not establish printed strength.
Sources and nominal dimensions; uncertain dimensions receive an additional 5 mm.
Physical checks still required: snap cycles, screw retention, battery retention, drops, and operating temperatures. The assembly guide includes the procedure.
Frame ID reference
Hover or tap a visible surface for its ID and name. Choose Exploded and rotate the model to inspect internal mounts. Enable frame IDs to show their positions.
IDs identify features of the three printed parts.

SHIELD / PROTOTYPE A
Design and fabrication files
The ADS1115 ADC, MAX98357A amplifier, divider resistors and supply components fit directly on the PCB. Three cables connect the LCD, keypad and speaker.
For quotation and manufacturer review. Before ordering, check the socket and standoff heights, JST harnesses and enclosure fit. Electrical and thermal tests remain necessary.

THE RASPBERRY PI APP
HOLD TO DRAW
Screen on the left. Buttons on the right.
The alphabet lesson from the Pi. Tap the bottom button to hear the letter. Hold for 0.6 seconds to draw. Release to pause.
Spoken recordings stay on the Pi. These buttons run the same lesson.
Left and right change the letter and play its sound.
Top plays listen and brings the card in from above.
The button under those plays say-it-with-me, waits, then a word of praise.
Tap the bottom button to replay. Hold for 0.6 seconds to start or resume drawing.
Use left/right arrows to change letters. Space or Enter replays on a tap and draws on a hold.
